Elders

Moises is passionate about God’s Word, Bible exposition, and Discipleship. He holds an M.Div and is working on a second Master's in Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He served with youth ministries and preached down in Mexico before coming to the US. At Crossway, Moises has led the youth ministry since 2021, community group leader, and has served as Pastor-Teacher.

Rich is passionate about shepherding the body, developing godly men, and leading God’s people in faithful stewardship. Rich works for a local business. Rich is married to Elaine, and they enjoy gardening and home improvement in addition to a shared passion for marriage counseling and mentoring young couples. They have an adult daughter and two grandsons.

Chris is passionate for God-exalting worship and has been part of the elder team since the beginning of Crossway. He works in recruiting. Chris loves to play and write music. Chris oversees worship and music ministries. He is married to Lisa and the have two adult children.

Mark has a heart for Christ known through the study of God’s Word, discipleship, and serving God’s people. He holds a degree in Bible Exposition from The Master’s University. He leads Crossway’s youth ministry for seven years and now preaches on rotation. Mark works for a local business. He and his wife Rachel have two kids and love to travel God’s globe. Mark loves basketball and good food.

Kyle has been attending Crossway since its formation and serving as an Elder since 2018 - minus a year and a half journey to Colorado and back. He works in the public sector in his day job and enjoys connecting people to resources.  Kyle has been married to his wife Carrie for over 20 years, and together they have two teenage daughters.

Larry is passionately committed to helping people know and experience the reality of Christ’s presence in day-to-day life. Larry has served at Crossway since the beginning. He has served as a staff pastor and elder. His training in Biblical Counseling is with CCEF. He loves gardening, taking walks, reading, and playing with his grandkids. He is married to Jody. They have two adult children and four grandkids.
